In SRISM, SMSC will interrogate the B-party HLR for the subscriber status and location.

Can anybody tell me that if I do not define the SMSC GT address in HLR itself but define the same in my interrogating GMSC, will my HLR respond to that SRISM?

In other words, for a successful SRISM the defining the Global title of the SMSC address at HLR is mandatory or defining the GT in the GMSC interrogating the HLR is sufficient to get the response from HLR?
