    I have seen mmu which have 2*2 or 4*2 written on them.What actually it means?i think number of E1s that can be connected?

    the title on the MMU ( modem unit) id written to describe the number of E1’s that it can handel
    2*2 it can handel 2 * 2Mbps which equal to 2*E1

    and also for 4*2
    other types is 2*8 and 34+2

    dear mis!
    so for 2*2,it means that 2 E1s i.e 2 cables coming from two dishes can be connected to mmu.
