Low CSSR

    Hi all

    We are using formula fr CSSR:
    (no: success time TCH assign)/(total MOC attempts +total MTC attempts – sms attempts – imsi detach)* 100

    Bt CSSR using this is less than 90 for all cells having no congestion and assignment failure..

    Kindly suggest where is the problem????

    which vendor are you using ? a counter is higly dependent on the vendor : each vendor has different counters, therefore the CSSR of each vendor is different.
