ERLANG FRATIO question?

    Hi allz,

    I have just gave SDRPP:RPTID=130,detailed; command.

    In the printout there are some formulas;

    FRATIO=CCALLS,CCONGS-CMSESTAB-100*CCALLS,CCONGS-/

    All i wanna ask is that formula means :

    CCALLS-CCONGS-CMSESTAB
    ———————- * 100
    CCALLS-CCONGS

    or what pls?

    And what is the meaning of comma on the formula?
