What is recommended value of ACCMIN in urban areas with a inter-site distance of almost 2-3 Kms and with BTS TX pwr 45dbm?
dear
the recommended for ericsson ,Huawei,and other is -102 dBm.in urban areas, it varies between -102dBm to -104dBm. It is not necessary to restrict the access by putting high values, because it is assumed that the average rxlev is always higher than the access min.
In rural areas or in “incoming roaming” zones, you can go down to -110dBm.
