Hi, I have used the Erlang for Excel that Westbay offers us and it is great, but I was wondering if there is a way that someone out there knows to automatically convert Erlangs into CCS on spreadsheet? Please, I need help on this one.

To convert from CCS to Erlangs, divide by 36. To convert from Erlangs to CCS, multiply by 36.

You can apply this factor to the traffic figure before calling the Erlang for Excel formula.
