    I am looking for a research topic to study for a Masters Degree in Telecommunications Radio Systems. Got any ideas?

    Here is my suggestion;

    Simulation of multi path components compination (RAKE receiver/UMTS for example).

    UMTS will be the dominant tech in future…/????

    Thrust areas in communication field are MIMO and Space coding .
    really good research areas of Telecom field.

    I suggest to do research about OFDM use adaptive modulation and coding.
