    actually our customer has their own APN, not commercial APN.

    The cell that has highest GPRS traffic is the cell that covers their offices 🙂

    I think T11 may not clear the real call congestion (TCH assign Cong & HO TCH congestion) upgrading the TRXs is more efficient to avoid congestion.

    another issue is to chech the transmission (Abis) Time slot if enoug for BTS configuration or not
