Hello, I am a student from Venezuela and I am developing my thesis on the design of a UMTS platform for the city of Maracaibo.The main tool of support is the book WCDMA for UMTS, and there is a section that refers to the Erlang capacity and from I have read to calculate the Erlang capacity I need a reference of incoming calls at a certain hour, e.g. rush hour; but because it is new (3G sistems)I do not have one. If anybody has some recomendations I would be very grateful for them.
