What can be the reasons of poor paging success rate (if there is no problem at RF end)??

If LAC dimensioning is not done keeping in view the BTS/BSC paging capacity, this might cause poor Pagin Success rate. Moreover, see the parameter settings for AGBLK, MFRMS etc that affect the paging. Also investigate your paging strategy (in our case, first page on TMSI, second on IMSI). Also looks at implicit IMSI detach timer (T3212)……..
