    if you want to be a good optimizer, you have to be good at Excel ๐Ÿ™‚ not mathematics…

    and you need to know how to drive while looking at a computer screen ๐Ÿ™‚ (without running into an accident !!)

    optimizer, so what’s your favorite job so far ?
    having power engineering (you mean electrical engineering ?) knowledge is quite a good thing for a radio engineer. It helps sometimes.

    Yes, quite surprisingly, this “engineer” “nerdy” job requires a lot of creativity, but it’s rather hard for someone external to understand where is the creativity ๐Ÿ™‚

    I am setting SFH in one of the BSC in my network, My question is what are the recomended parameter to be be used when u have BQ drop up to 50 %.
    also does the BTS PWR Control parameter help
