Dear all,

B number is like an ocean. No single person can handle it alone, particularly when you have an good number of MSC’s under your control.

I am calling a number and only at peak hours some weird announcement is played. The calls are random, where all would you check??

I would check at

1.) MSRN
2.) Routing case (Ericsson)
3.) Inter xchange route
4.) POI

Has any one faced similar problems?? Put it right here for people who face similar problem to solve them…..

Can you check .. what announcement you are playing in MSC
for
COS value-
Switching unit congestion
Route congestion
etc..
in precise check your End of selection table mapping in the announcement.
since it is ericsson switch….Check your Later MAST cards , they would not be having any announcement
