More allocated then requested TBF

Hi everybody,
I found an amazing statistics on TBF allocations.

On TBF UL allocation, I found that there was only 1TS and 2TS requested TBFs.
The sum of the requested is bigger than the allocated (which rational), but when I compared the requests for 2TS with the allocated 2TS, I figured out that the allocated channels are bigger than the requested !!!!!!

No 3TS was requested, so I don’t understand why the network gives more TS than requested ?????
