Problem In Network

Hi All,
Yesterday i had found that, their was some problem in Network & we were not able to make a calls, but we were receving all incoming calls,untill we were not enter in to the roaming area. But as we enter in to the roaming area, then we were not able to recieve or make a calls. Even we got the signals from that roaming area.What is the exact reason behind this?????
