    PDH link 18G Alcatel one site Local (High) RSL -36 remote (Low) RSL -32. Tx power both sties equal. Can anyone tell me?

    please follow some step
    Check terrian
    Check weather condition
    Check threshold
    Check RX Sensitivity at both end
    above mention step will help you to check that RSL behaviour

    also check if polarization is the same on either side. hope my answer is too late but may help in future.
