Loop test failure

    Loop Test

    Have a problem where we have remote BSC and Remote TRC nodes
    TS on BTS failed loop test failure
    Fault in setup of resources
    Abis paths O.K etc
    Is it required to have working C7 to MSC working for loop test
    This is in test Plant node

    Check if forlopp settings in RBSC
    ACTIVATED OR NOT
