    Can ANYONE tell me where i can get more info on this…?? I can’t find ANYTHING AT ALL on the net, and none of the big co’s are willing to help me out. Thanks.

    I have a handbook titled “Traffic System Design Handbook” by James R. Boucher which discusses Neal-Wilkenson. This is based on the Erlang B distribution and add a factor for “peakedness” of the traffic. It is used to compensate for system-induced peakedness due to alternate routing. The discussion and table is six pages total. Reply to dmiller@caeeng.com if more info desired.
