Hi Frns…
Throughout the world, there are networks which have patches of 3G and 2G coverage. A user with dual mode handset frequently experiences a handover between 3G and 2G coverage.
I am doing a study of this behaviour.
If anyone could provide me with real market statistics for this (across different operators and coutries), it will be very helpful.
