TCH call drop is high due to SUL

    TCH call drop is high due to Signal strength uplink. What are the possible reasons and what is the soultion for it. In our network lot of our sites are loacted in boundary cell . Can any body tell any such kind of problem faced in your network

    I thing poor RF planing once again you take drive test and confirm it
    you considar obstruction also

    a cell without neighbor will have a high call drop rate due to UL rxlev. That’s normal… you have to find a way to extend your coverage :
    – better antennas (high gain)
    – tower mounted amplifier (TMA)
    – rx space diversity (2rx or 4rx), with high separation

    or simply : add a new site where needed !
