Dears:

I have a signaling ink links that for example their RX utilization rate in busy hour is 20% and its RX utilization in those busy hours is 40%, Can somebody tell me what could be the reason, why I have unbalanced signaling link?

Hi Sayed,

You say 20% in RX utilization and 40% in “RX” utilization… Did you mean “TX” instead ?
Are you talking about the Air interface ?

If yes:
It might be due to more messages being send from the BTS to the MS rather than the other way around. Unless you have a high SDCCH drop rate, I don’t think it shows a critical condition of your signalling links.
