    Hi parsa79,
for Siemens in ideal case shoud be set: HOLTHLVDL less than RXLEVMIN (1 or 2 dB).
If you have colocated cells (900/1800) than you could set for 1800 band (capacity layer) RXLEVMIN=16, HOLTHLVDL=15 and HOLTHLVUL=5. For 900 band (coverage layer) you could to set lower value.

    Hi Victor,
it is easy: 1mW is 0dBm and 1W is 30dBm

    hi every body
in my netowrk we use co_sitig band 900+1800 ,not dual band
but we have a problem in our netowrk
we use gsm band 900 just for coverage outer zone
and gsm 1800 for capacity in inner zone ,but about our problem ,i check every day our network STS and seen which just band 900 has more traffice congestion and 1800 hadnt any congestion like below
    cell900 have 95.3% trafice congestion
and cell1800 just have 2% ok
how can i share our load to make a balance between these cell just except any feature like Hierarchical Cell Structures HCS

    Hi hashem:
    Obviously to Ericsson Network
i propose that you checked the parameter LayerTh, Layer-hyst, CRO, Accmin Which are the percentage for service Denied&Random Access Fail rate
