w’ve for exemple the following relation :
cell id source = 1001
cell id target = 1002

Is the value of Matrix_inc_success the number of incoming HOs from 1001 to 1002 or the opposit ?

Hi Sido,

That should be like this :

Matrix_Inc_Success(1001, 1002) = from 1001 (source) to 1002 (target).

And the value is counted by the cell 1002, meaning the indicator is actually the number of HO from cell 1001, as seen/as counted by the cell 1002.
