hi all,
i need to know how to make cross connection in case of RRI card on NOKIA ULTRASITE EDGE BTS both at connecting site as well as at main site……i will be really greatful if u help me…………….

To make cross connections on UtraSite you need to have UltrSite Bts HubManager installed.
From the configuration menu selctCrossconnections.
Once the window is open you see to banks labeled 1 & 2. One of them is active, the other inactive. You can only add add or remove connections in the inactive bank.
1. Copy the active bank to the inactive one.
2. Choose Add. Make the settings in the wizzard.
3. Activate the inactive bank.
4. Look up the PIF that your new connection is using in the crossconnection line in the bank
5. Go to the settings of de the used FXC cards and open the interfacces (PIF) there.

This should give you a working crossconnection.
