Can anyone tell me what FUN-PAPU-2 – 04B3 : –
signifies with the NETWORK SERVICE ENTITY UNAVAILABLE alarm from my Nokia BSC?
What are the appropriate steps to cancel this alarm?

This alarm related with Gb-link status at DX200 BSC.
Generaly – it comes because of 3 reasons:

1) Transmission problems
2) BCSU(PCU) unit problems
3) Configuration problems.

First check transmission consistency and status of serving units.

Usefull commands:

ZFUI;
ZFWO:BCSU,0&&6;
ZAHO;
