reset the TCUC if you your SD asignment failure, if the site is on VSAT it will notbe helpful because as pix said its normal 50% sd asig fail in VSAT.

You have 50% sdcch assignment failer in VSAT.

are u using immediate assignment or adaptive sdcch assignment?

if immediate assig, then t3101=?
if adaptive sdcch, then retrans=?

*retran= max times BTS assign sdcch for the MS.
