i have question about US with implemented frequency hopping. For example i lock with net monitor on specific frequency (lets say 99)and i make a call.i can see that TS is locked ( for. ex. second TS) but it’s hopping on other frequencies (99 107 122 and so on).
which TRX (frequency) and which transmision resources i physically use during this call?Only 99?or all of them?

Hi,
I think is not possible to lock the mobile on channel in hopping system. The TS always remains on one and same during the connection.
Sony Ericsson T68 with TEMS Pocket shows for example hopping between 900 and 1800, which is not possible. This is a mistake.

There is no mistake. In the netmonitor the BCCH frequency is shown and after that the active hopping set.

You are right. I didn’t say in the best way. Net monitor shows the 900 MHz BCCH and the hopping channels on 1800 MHz.
