Can anyone help me out in calculating the available channels and erlang in Dual Rate(HR+FR) Scenario in nokia BSC.

When you have FR and HR channels, there is a new concept introduction which is HR Penetration, there are some tables when you can check the % penetration in HR into your network.
Another way to do it is to convert all HR channels into FR so you will sum up all channels as FR.
