for GSM networks,

What GOS values are recommended for calculating trunk capacity in the following cases:

– BTS-Mobile station
– Abis interface
– MSC – BSC
– MSC – MSC
– MSC – others PLMNs
– MSC – PSTN

Why should i use lower GOS values for internal network interworking (e.g. MSC-MSC or MSC-BSC)?

Just take a look not on the persentage but the raw numbers.
0.1% out of 1000000 is 1000 MSC-MSC
1% out of 1000 is 10 BTS-MS

Ok, let me get this straight:

It’s about calls quantity. Is not the same to allow blocking for 1000 calls than 10, that’s it?
