Does anybody know with which parameter you actvate/deactivate Uplink Power Control in Nokia?

BCF = cxontrol of the site
BTS is the a cell within the site there can be 1, 2 or 3 BTS, normally 3.
You can lock a BTS down and it will not effect the other BTS or the BCF. Lock the BCF down and you stop all BTS transmissions from the site.
A BCF has a number say 13
Cell 1 is called BTS 13, , Cell2 BTS 14 and Cell 3 BTS 15 for MML reasons to be able to distingush between the BTS’s on the site (BCF) so BCF13, BTS14 refers to the site and the 2nd BTS8th November 2006 at 20:28 #44113BrinyGuest
A BCF controls the whole site that is you can stop the whole site from transmitting MML = ZEFS:23:L;). A BTS is a cell within the BCF (site) you can lock a BTS down (ZEQS:BTS,21:FHO,30:L;)and the rest of the BTS’s stil transmit.
There are usally 3 BTS to 1 BCF, so on a Nokia site build it may look like this:
BTS 21 (cell 1)
BTS 22 (Cell 2)
Bts 23 (Cell 3)
So locking BTS 21 (Cell 1) could only stop cell 1 from transmitting

FlexiHopper is kind of Radio, lets say Nokia MW Transmission unit(Outdoor Unit). It is cover diffrent frequencies depends on distance like 7,15,18,23 GHz.It can broadcasting both V & H It has 3 ports:
for less than 1Km distance Nokia has MetroHopper (58 GHz).
