Which mode SMS goes

    Can any body tell me that at which mode SMS goes either Ideal or Dedicated mode.

    that is dedicated

    If yes – then it’s on SDCCH (dedicated)

    yes on dedicated mode and it’s sent over SDCCH.
    you can test this with TEMs.
