    For my voice traffic there is a media gateway after BSC, I want to send this traffic on the IP as bearer, the total bandwidth (out going and incoming traffic) is 20Mbps from MGW. After MGW there is Access router which is connected to CORE router located in other city, how much Light load Factor should I consider? Like I should provide the total bandwidth between two router 30Mbps, 40 mbps etc….?? Or what is the calculation for the Loading factor? Please guide me?

    load factor UL:
    1/(1+(W/(Eb/Io*R)
    W= band width
    R=bit rate
    Eb/Io= SIR

    Eb: is energy per bit
    Io: is noise density.
    Eb/Io is used in digital communication to define the transmission power & BER.
    CIR = Eb/Io x R/W
    CIR=> carrier interference ratio.
    R/W=> 1/ (proccesing gain)
    =====> proccesing gain= W/R
    …….
    I suggest you to refer to digital telecommunication books.
