I’m engineer of telecommunication, I just install the exchange ALCATEL E10MM, the client applies the test of the synchronisation on my exchange, i saw the result of test is always not under the mask EN300 462-3-1, for this test the input of my exchange as 2Mh from SDH transmission network.
the client use the equipment test clock, with the reference clock from the cesium 10Mhz.
the test point at the transmiting of PCM 2Mbit/s.
I do not know the test is right, compliant with ITU, or my exchange has the real problem of synchronisation,
