Erlang Traffic Calculation

    Hi All,
    Pls Tell me How do WE DO the Erlangg Calculation.

    How Do we say that in a Single Trx WE use the 2.47 Erlang Traffic.

    Erlang is the unit of traffic intensity .1 erlang mean average of one call progress in one hour.
    Traffic intensity = sum of circuit holding time devided by the duration of the monitring period.
    for example 2 calls per hour and call holding time 120 second then traffic is = 2*120/3600=.00667 erlang

    But i want to know that..

    In one trx ,there 7 slots..ok
    so in every slots a calls is in progress till .so it means 7 erlang in a trx ,but actually in one trx te erlang capacity is 2.47E,
    So wr r the others Erlang ??????????????
