    Dear Gomi,

    FXC E1 card is used for 75 ohm txn media and for this we have to use SMZ connectors,
    and
    FXC E1T1 card is used for 120 ohm txn media and for this we have to use TQ-Connectors).

    hellow friends,
    i am facing one problem
    that i comission one site of(2+2+2), at there only 1 trx(which having BCCH)getting up but others r in rest mode (yellow led) and telecom partially working i tried with the change of ET port then also i am facing same problem.and BTS giving me trx failure alarm but there is no failure coz i change all equipments 2 times with bts cabinate too.
    even i said to NOC to recreate data then also my problem is not sorted out.

    so please guide me

    i got u rpoint
    but tell me that in 2+2+2 config u have 3 sectors
    and u have stated that u have only 1 bcch trx
    what is the status of the trx in bsc
    and please give the description of the alarm
    there
    check there signalling also

    DAC value for Nokia Ultra bts is 2040 and for Metro is 2110.

    hi mohit
    u have fired many question of good topic
    well first to start with is DAC and EDAP
    DAC is the value given to the BTS BOI card it is actually the clock count which require to synchronize with the external clock
    that means our BTS synchronize withthe help of the DAC value

    now
    EDAP is very much in significance with the EGPRS feature
    as with EDAP u can dedicate TS to handle the packet traffic so when we do Packet transfer then most of the traffic is hold by the EDAP slots and the rest of the STS of the trx where EDAP is defined can be used to handle other calls
    and witht he security point of view also it is beneficial

    try to go through its details on net if still there is any querry

    Anybody can explain following :

    1)Nokia Ultra BTS and metro BTS’s output power in watts and in db.

    2)Mobile station’s output power in watts and in db.

    3)one TRX’s output power in watt and db

    4)formula of power by which we can change db to watts .

    5)Beamwidth of GSM and MW antenna.
