Dear Vishal,

Firstly, it depends on the type of BTS you are using when u have to provide the Inbuilding coverage plus depends on the type of coverage required to be given. Accordingly u have to choose the antennas required. In case of inbuilding solution with Nokia Bts, you will be using either flatpanel wall mounted antennas, or ceiling omnidirectional antennas.

But the most important thing, you have to calculate the coupler, slitter, cable and jumper losses in the initial planning itself and accordingly plan.You have to calculate RX level at each and every point wherever a joint or a splitter is being used.
