i am working in BSS planning department.i am now going to cell planning and RF optimization department so i need a solid material about GSM network planning ,designing and hardware requirement(BTS,BSC,MSC,HLR,VLR,LAC..etc).PLz send me any good documents or tell the good web sites for that purpose.i will be very thankful to you.
