    I have been asked to launch a new Help Desk, supporting customers who will be using one of our newly launched products. We have no data to understand how many calls will be coming in once this is launched. Are there any industry standards that would help predict the number of calls per customer (on a monthly or annual basis) for a new product?

    Any help would be appreciated!
