Hi,
I looked at the MOCS flowchart and there is an error!
The Immediate Assignment procedure is related to signaling channel assignment, not TCH. And all signaling between MS and MSC is flowing through SDCCH, not the TCH. The TCH is allocated in the Assignment command just before Setup command.
