Hi all,
Just curious about something. I spent 25 years in telecommunications, designing contact center solutions and traffic engineering systems with 10,000 lines and 3,600 active agents. I recently notice jobs in that market have just about dried up. What happened? Is it just here in New England or is that the way it is everywhere?
Just curious.
