    Hi Reyes,

    You were Saying …

    ACHT = TOTAL TRAFIIC/ No of Calls

    or

    ACHT = TOTAL TRAFIIC/ No of Attempts

    Which one is correct ?

    AHT and ACHT are Same or Different ?

    Hi all,

    I have some opinion on this matter:

    I think in fact Total Traffic = BHCC * ACHT, but for redundancy when dimensioning the system, we use the formula: Total Traffic = BHCA * ACHT, because of BHCA > BHCC.

    Am I correct?

    BHCC-Busy Hour Call Completeion

    BHCA-Busy Hour Call Attempts

    Call attempts can succeed or Fail.
    BHCC-Cunts Succeded Calls.

    Always BHCA > BHCC.

    Can give an examble of BHCA For a Brand New Network ?

    And I am going to plan a network with 120 Secs as Average Hold Time.
