Dear all!
I have a AXE exchange, I signed a technical Support contract with Ericsson.
They need remote accsess to my system by Virtual Private Network(VPN) method or Dial up.
I would like to know detail of VPN and dial up method in this case.
P/S: my network is WAN, and AXE isn’t real IP addr.

You can easily implement a VPN to your AXE. Your AXE can be sitting on private IPs. Please setup a VPN server on windows based server which got two network interface one to public internet and the other to your private lan which axe is sitting. And setup a simple VPN server.
Or else you can go for a commercial VPN router and get this done.
