I want to know if exists an algo for calculate the circuits’ number in the function of the traffic and the blocking probabilty, but not in the recurcive way?

Extended Erlang B is not the reverse of Erlang B. It is a model which takes retries into account. The link which you mention is a calculator written by Westbay Engineers under contract to Total Telecom, so you may as well use the one on this site.
