    What I have a copy of NED is the OSS part.. I believe there no discussion on that part.

    Is it a direct MML command at the MSC or is has an available counter measurement in the OSS? …. say I need an hourly data..

    It’s command in MSC. Periods of outputs and all other related parameters can be defined in T class of commands.
