Please, can any one offer me solution.I had “Application detected software error” on AXE SCP and used “SYRAE:RECTYPE=APPLERR;”
and “SYRAE:RECTYPE=SOFTERR;”
the alarm clears but after few minutes alarm kept on appearing.

I too facded the same problem,then we contacted ericssoon support,they worked for 2 days continously ioin give soft commands and later it go restored.they said that it is due to loss of some software.

Application errors are released when the system is not able to further process the code and hence sends the routine the applerr and releases it. The reason for applerr differs in each case.For that one has to know the IA at the problem occurs and the also while executing which subroutine,the problem occured.
