dual band GSM network optimization

    Hello every one,
    I wish some to help me to know more infrormations about the combination between GSM 900 and 1800.
    and how to set the pramaeters sepecially HO_MARGIN, CELL RESELECT OFFSET and Directed Retry.

    The main task of optimization is to direct most of the traffic in more clear band 1800.
    HO_MARGIN – there are a lot kinds of handover – and for all of them there are different threholds (in most cases,for different GSM networks – different threholds)

    C1 and C2 are selected for each BTS.
    Directed Retry is better to set – Yes
