Please give me the maximum number of cells per BSC on which we can activate the RMS at the same time(ALCATEL Equipement)

Hi Ahmad,
I think that the activation of RMS is done by BSC and not by cell so there no constraints in term of cell number…unless you have constraints in the licence.
by the way, can anyone please help me about the detailed structure of the RMS files, we want to develop a tool which can read and exploit the differents informations in RMS files.

good luck finding the explanations !!

alcatel won’t give you much because their goal is for you to buy RNO/NPO 🙂 but you can still ask them officially.
Some operators have developed such internal tools as well. But it’s really not easy !
