I would like to know that if I want to detect “B Party Busy” within signalling only for a PSTN no , if dialled from a Mobile then waht is the exact definition I have to put in SS7 parameters for getting the announcemnet from own exchange only . Eg- If I am a Delhi Hutch Subscriber & I dial a Mumbai MTNL no which is busy then in order that no circuit is seized and the announcemnet is played by Hutch Exchange only then is there some special parameter to be deined in SS7.
