I’m monitoring a bunch of Nortel BTSs on the Abis interfaces and not seeing any LAPD UI frames with MEASurement RESult messages. Everything I understodd told me these were mandatory, required messages. Any idea why I am not seeing them? Is it indeed true that not all BTSs will send them?
