We are building a Ericsson 884 1900 test bed and have had no luck in finding a Satt box. From what we’ve learned, Ericsson only made about 200 of these. If anyone can help us find one or at least knows the part number we would gladly pay for the assistance.

    Hi,

I was doing more then 100 tests of RBSs using BSCSimII/SATT platform in Mexico 2001. The RBS TEST tool program is abandon by EriSoft and there is no company to provide any support since the end of 2001.

Ericsson RBS Team in Mexico City has about 20 units but most of them are failed. I have three of them repaired by myself.

    Ericsson product number is:

    LPP 106 35/02

I have a lot of operational knowledge about BSCSim/SATT platforms to keep those device operational. Due to bad Ericsson support those test tools are going to be no longer usable.

I also need information about Pre-installation setings of Thor2 Board which is CORE hardware of BSCSimII/SATT platforms.

If you find someone who has those Ericsson documents let me now.

    Aleksander,

Thank you for your reply. Would you be interested in selling the 3 BSCSimII/SATT to me? Additionally, we’d like to hire an engineer to come to California and set up the 884/1900 site, for radio testing only. would you be interested in doing that?

    Thanks Again,
