    Can someone tell me if channelized T1 is the same as fractional T1?

    channelised t1 allocates channels to the bandwidth, fractional T1 disables some of those channels. THey are still ‘there’ but you cant use them. Its a way of getting a ‘smaller/cheaper’ digital service
